Important Note for Indian Customers
As per RBI guidelines, refunds to UPI and net banking may take 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your bank. The refund amount will exclude any non-refundable payment gateway charges (typically 2-3% of transaction value).
