Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our Services.

Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

KYC Compliance: You may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as per applicable regulations.

Our platform provides:

• Portfolio tracking and performance analytics

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST (18%).

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled.

Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options through our payment partners.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until renewal.

30-Day Guarantee: Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied.

Monthly Plans: No refunds for monthly subscriptions once the billing cycle has started.

Annual Plans: Pro-rata refund available within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing access to Services, at our sole discretion.

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform
• Use automated bots or scripts to access our Services
• Redistribute, resell, or share our proprietary content
• Use our Services for any illegal activities
• Manipulate or interfere with other users' experience
• Submit false or misleading information

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are NOT liable for any trading losses you may incur
• Our Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We do not guarantee accuracy of market data or alerts
• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for broker API failures or delays

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Arbitration: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
